Stacker takes as input :
    - Input images filename
      (Must be made available inside docker container storage space. Unlike
       Geomatys our application needs the files, not a bounding box, time
       range and catalog (See question #1 below))
   - Filename for output
   - Output format (GeoTiff, BEAM_DIMAP or NetCDF-CF)

Feature extractor takes as input :
   - Filename of a stack generated by the previous application
   - Filename for output
   - Output format (GeoTiff, BEAM_DIMAP or NetCDF-CF)

Flood detector takes as input :
   - Filename of a features stack generated by the previous application
   - Filename for output
